Storytelling and Drumming for Self Discovery
Workshop facilitated independently in Santa Monica and Santa Barbara, California.
A series of eight workshops focused on aspects of traditional African, Afro-Brazilian, Afro-Cuban and Middle Eastern rhythms, rituals and myths. Participants learn to play basic and intermediate rhythms on the drum as well as share personal life stories, experiences, dreams and poetry.
